Publication Ethics & Author Guidelines
1. Publication Ethics
The Research Review is committed to promoting original research, academic integrity and responsible scholarly publishing. Authors are expected to submit work that meets the journal’s standards of originality, accuracy and ethical conduct.
- Manuscripts must be original, unpublished and not under consideration by another journal.
- All authors must have made meaningful contributions, approved the final manuscript and agreed to its submission.
- All sources, quotations, ideas and data must be properly acknowledged. Plagiarism and the fabrication or falsification of research findings are unacceptable.
- Authors must submit the required declaration of originality and disclose any relevant conflict of interest.
- Authors are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of their work and must obtain permission to use copyrighted material wherever necessary.
2. AI Policy
The Research Review recognises the importance of academic integrity and the responsible use of emerging technologies. Authors must disclose any substantive use of generative AI tools in preparing their manuscripts, in accordance with the journal’s requirements. AI tools cannot be listed as authors. Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy and authenticity of their submissions, including all facts, data, quotations and references. AI-generated content must be carefully verified, and fabricated references, invented data, misleading information or plagiarised material will not be accepted.
3. Manuscript Preparation
Authors are requested to follow these guidelines to facilitate the editorial process:
- Language and Font:Manuscripts must be written in English using Times New Roman, 12-point font.
- Word Limit:The manuscript must not exceed 3,000 words, including an abstract of up to 250 words.
- Abstract and Keywords:The abstract should briefly describe the research objectives, methodology and principal findings, followed by three to five relevant keywords.
- Author Details:Include the names of all authors, institutional affiliations where applicable, a brief biographical note, and the corresponding author’s email address and mobile number.
- Tables and Figures:All tables, figures and diagrams must be clear, appropriately numbered and titled. Black-and-white presentation should be used in accordance with the journal’s requirements.
- References:References must follow APA 7th edition style. Authors must ensure that citations and bibliographic details are accurate and complete.
4. Editorial Review and Publication
All submissions undergo an initial editorial assessment. Manuscripts considered suitable may be sent to qualified subject experts for peer review. Authors may be asked to revise their work in response to editorial or reviewers’ comments.
The final decision to accept, request revisions or reject a manuscript rests with the Editor-in-Chief or an authorised editorial authority. An acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance or guarantee publication. A formal acceptance letter is issued only after the required editorial and review procedures have been completed.
5. Author Responsibility
Authors are responsible for the accuracy, originality, references and conclusions presented in their papers. The views expressed in published articles are those of the respective authors and do not necessarily represent those of the journal, its editors or Sanchar Educational and Research Foundation.
Any significant error identified after publication should be reported to the editorial office for appropriate consideration.
Our Commitment
The Research Review seeks to maintain a fair, transparent and responsible publication process that values originality, scholarly merit, ethical research and academic excellence
